Working Principle:
The blue fluorescence antigen (bacteria and protein) is detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. A sandwich technology is applied. The coating needle is coated with antibody. The measured fluorescence is directly proportional to the content of antigen in the sample.

Test Scope:
Pathogenic bacteria used in food and environmental samples include Salmonella, Listeria, Listeria monocytogenes, staphylococcal enterotoxin, Escherichia coli O157, Campylobacter, immunoconcentrated Salmonella and immunoconcentrated Escherichia coli O157.

Ready to Use Reagents:
VIDAS disposable reagent is divided into two parts: SPR, solid-phase receptor, whose inner side is coated by antibody, and the coated needle functions as a solid-phase pipette. The bar code marks the reagent strip, including all the required reagents, which can be used immediately after taking out.
