Product Principle: The Dengue Combo Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue IgG/IgM and virus antigen (Dengue Ag) in human whole blood, serum or plasma. It is intended for use as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with Dengue viruses.

Test Procedure

1Bring specimen and test components to room temperature. Mix well.

2Open pouch and place device on a clean, flat surface.

3For Whole Blood: Add 10μL specimen + 2 drops buffer to IgG/IgM window; 50μL specimen + 2 drops buffer to NS1 window.

4For Serum/Plasma: Add 5μL specimen + 2 drops buffer to IgG/IgM; 25μL specimen + 2 drops buffer to NS1 well.

5Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret after 30 minutes.
