The D30 Automatic Digital PCR (ddPCR) Platform represents the next generation of nucleic acid quantification technology, engineered to deliver absolute precision in molecular analysis. Unlike traditional PCR or qPCR, which rely on standard curves and relative quantification, the D30 uses droplet-based digital PCR target nucleic acids are randomly distributed into thousands of uniform water-in-oil (WO) droplets, amplified to endpoint via PCR, and quantified through direct molecular counting.
