The traditional bulk cargo terminal without belt conveyor only rely on crane to unload the bulk commodities which make sampling complicated and difficult. Manual-labor sampling increase workloads of workers, and also threat personnel safety.

Through research on bulk cargo ports and communication with the port authority, we designed a mobile automatic sampling and preparation system, including crusher, sampling cart, belt conveyor, sample divider and waste sample belt machine, automatic packaging machine, automatic control and remote monitoring system, etc.

It is suitable for automatic sampling & sample preparation of bulk materials in the process of material entering, transferring and mixing, and preparing the required material samples. The whole process is unattended and can be used in combination with packaging modules, air pressure conveying modules, and moisture online detection modules.
