It utilizes advanced dual magnetron non-pulse frequency microwave heating technology to achieve high power and homogeneous heating. With more than 20 safety guarantee technologies, it ensures high-level performance and data accuracy. 1. Optical Fiber Temperature Control: Safe and accurate control that avoids the antenna effect of metal sensors. The multicore integrated optical fiber (2mm diameter) with Teflon coating offers 5 times the service life of single-core fibers. High-precision semiconductor pressure sensors provide control with ±0.01MPa precision.
2. Dual Magnetron Inverter Heating: Real-time adjustment of output power based on feedback ensures a uniform microwave field. This design protects the magnetron, reduces energy loss, and ensures consistency across experimental samples.
3. Aerospace Composite Fiber: The outer vessel uses Xtra Fiber materials capable of withstanding 80 MPa pressure, eliminating radial blasting risks. It features excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance.
4. Intelligent Operating System: Equipped with an ARM chip and UCOS-II OS, featuring a 7-inch LCD touch screen for real-time temperature-pressure curves. The PRO version includes Wi-Fi wireless control for remote operation via PC or tablet and an internal camera for real-time monitoring.
5. High Throughput & Safety: The 12-vessel capacity meets bulk sample requirements. High-strength composite materials withstand 1.7 tons of tensile tests. The automatic pressure release design cancels the need for safety membranes, reducing costs and simplifying use.
